The Volvo Enthusiasts Club offers Members a free Insurance Vehicle Valuation Service (Inspection may be required in some instances at cost to Member).
Insurance Valuation Forms from Insurance Company (if available) and other items should be sent by Recorded Delivery to:

The following items are also required:
1/ VEC Current Membership Number
2/ Copy of Vehicle V5C Logbook
3/ Copy of Current MOT Certificate
4/ Photographs (a minimum of 8)
- Front View showing Numberplate
- Rear View showing Numberplate
- Side View Left (nearside)
- Side View Right (offside)
- Engine Bay
- Interior – Front showing Dash and Front Seats
- Interior – Rear
- Luggage Compartment
NOTE: In order to give a fair and true valuation more than one view of the above would be appreciated
5/ Any other relevant information e.g. Copies of Restoration Receipts, invoices etc, Vehicle History etc.
6/ SAE to return Form to Member
Photographs, copies of Logbook, MOT etc will not be returned so please do not send originals. Items will be kept on file should insurance companies etc request information in the future.
