OUT AND ABOUT WITH THE VOLVO ENTHUSIASTS CLUB: - Kevin Price

Autosport International & The Racing Car Show 12 th – 15 th January, 2006

With hardly time to allow the Christmas and New Year cheer to settle the Club was off to the NEC Birmingham for this years Autosport International and the Racing Car Show. With no Grand Autojumble at the venue this year it did mean that we were able to devote all our efforts to this event. For those who have never attended, if you are in anyway interested in Motorsport, this is the show for you, with nearly every Hall at the NEC being taken up with displays, stands, suppliers and even indoor Motor Racing.

Our Club participation was once again in the form of space in the Club Pavilion Area and our thanks once again to Volvo Car UK for their support.

My thanks to those Members of the Clubs Display Team for their help in building, manning and braking down of the stand.
